Please be prepared for the color of your procedure to appear brighter and darker than expected for approximately 5–7 days.
If you are having an eyeliner procedure and wear contact lenses, bring your prescription glasses with you. You can resume wearing contact lenses once your eyes have fully recovered. It is also important to wear sunglasses, as your eyes may be temporarily sensitive to light.
If you are having a lip procedure and have a history of cold sores (herpes simplex virus), you will need to take an antiviral medication 5 days before and 5 days after the procedure, as directed by your physician.
If you have allergies or sensitive skin, it is recommended to do a patch test at least one week before your procedure.
Please avoid taking aspirin or other blood-thinning medications for at least 2 days prior to your appointment.
Do not consume alcohol or caffeine within 24 hours before the procedure.
Any plucking, waxing, or tinting of eyelashes or eyebrows should be done at least 48 hours before the procedure or two weeks after.
Make sure to eat before your procedure to feel comfortable during the session.
And finally, get a good night’s sleep the night before.
